The University set up a special event for student that were nominated for leadership skills and diversity. We wanted the design to feel prestigious and special – to make the students realize that someone recognizes their hard work and they deserve recognition.
I created a deconstructed star mark to reflect the idea of an award or grammy while using sophisticated photo treatments and typography to convey an authentic but classy design.
Audience: 8th graders from Nebraska that have been nominated by a teacher, guidance counselor, or principal to be recognized for leadership, academic excellence, and perseverance - Gen Z
What I did: Designed the invitation, program, nametags, email header, and PowerPoint.
