Fox Trail Memory Care Living is a home for individuals who struggle with Alzheimer's and dementia in the New Jersey area. This notecard was reflective of the Fox Trail logo and depicts a peaceful and soothing and yet dynamic scene. The card is used to write personal notes to the patient or the patient's family from the staff at Fox Trail.
